1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✔ The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
✔ The product is unused and in original packaging

We do NOT accept returns for:

✘ Change of mind
✘ Wrong size or variant chosen by the customer
✘ Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer
✘ Items without proof of issue (photo/video)


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [Your Support Email]

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Clear photos/video of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange the return pickup or share the return address


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed via:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet)

  • Store credit (if the customer chooses)

Refund Timeline

Refunds take 5–7 working days after approval.


4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect:

  • We offer free replacement

  • Replacement will be shipped after return approval

  • If replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be issued


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped:

❌ Cancellation is not possible
❌ No refund for prepaid orders after dispatch


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear

  • Cosmetics & skincare

  • Personalized products

  • Clearance/Sale items

  • Digital products


7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the order fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer not available

Shipping charges will not be refunded.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank

  3. Contact us if the issue continues
