We process orders Monday to Saturday.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next working day

  • During peak seasons, processing may take 2–4 working days

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight

  • Offers/discounts

Sometimes we offer FREE SHIPPING during specific promotions.


4. Courier Partners

We ship through reliable and trusted courier companies:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post (remote areas)


5. Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Tracking link

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to get updated on the courier’s website.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer provides:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect PIN code

  • Wrong phone number

The courier may fail to deliver the product.

In such cases:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Reattempt/Reshipping fees may apply

Please double-check your address before placing the order.


7. Damaged / Tampered Package

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered with

Please take clear photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund (based on eligibility).


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

9. Lost Shipment

If your order is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier):

  • We will send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund
